F-500, F-800, F-1000, F-1300, F-1600 MUD PUMP
F series mud pump has a longer stroke and can be operated at a lower stroke, thus improved the water supplying performance effectively and extended the lifetime of expendable parts in the fluid end greatly. The suction pulsation dampener has an advanced structure which is reliable to use and can make the pump realize its best suction performance.
Structure features:
(1) Power end:
The power end frame is composed of steel plate welding, which has good rigidity, high strength by eliminating stress. In the crankshaft bearing, it adopts stiffened plate structure. Alloy steel castings are used for bodies and crankshaft for hollow crankshaft. Adopting replaceable crosshead guide. Intermediate tie rod is modeled and weaved with double sealing structure, and has good sealing effect.
(2)Hydraulic end:
The cylinder structure is in the form of L type, made from alloy steel forging. The three each pump cylinder are interchangeable. The connection of valve cover and cylinder type is used to sawtooth thread. Low pressure valve assembly (35 mpa) and high pressure (52 mpa) are used AP17 # valve. Suction lube is equipped with disc inhaled air bag, and it doesn't need to inflate. Discharge pipe on one side is connected the high pressure five-way, equipped with exhaust air bag whose shell is adopted the forgings to cure the whole; and the discharge pipe at the other side is connected by the pipe assembly, and fitted with shear type relief valve. 3kw electric spray pump assembly is to cool the cylinder liner inside and outside surface with water.
