Our own factory locates in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, China. It’s only half an hour from Xinzheng International Airport to factory. The logistics service is very convenient. 7.Our Service
*Installation & Operator Training
We will arrange our experienced engineer to your factory to install all the equipments, and help to train 3 operators for free (within 7 days or as per your quantity).
You side need to pay the Labor Fee and Round-trip flight tickets of our engineer and interpreter.
*12 months Quality Warranty
Within 12 months, if the machine is out of order, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair and at the same time, help you to maintain the machine for free.
You side only need to pay Round-trip flight tickets of our engineer and interpreter.
*Easy damaged parts (gasket\plastic parts\rubber parts) will be offered for free in 3 years.
You side just need to send back the damaged part to change the new one.
